Joseph and his crew did all that he promised. He walked through with the adjuster to answer questions and point out damage. He helped me file the appropriate paperwork. And he clearly outlined expenses ahead of time. In my case, there was a depreciation refund that he noted was likely. Then, he communicated exactly what materials were involved and helped me choose the industry best for my house. All within the insurance budget. Plus, their clean up was superb. And, yes, I did get a depreciation refund! (Not necessarily true for all, but the point here is that Goose Construction noted it ahead of time). I was completely and totally satisfied.
